Ram Iyer is the Founder & CEO of Vayana, one of India’s largest trade finance networks processing over USD 1 billion in transactions a month. A serial entrepreneur with over 27 years in the Cash Management and Trade Finance space providing solutions to some of the largest Banks in India and across the globe.

Ram has led Vayana with the vision to democratise access to affordable finance for MSMEs. Over the years, the company has deepened its reach across supply chains, reaching the last mile, and has recently started offering open account cross-border trade solutions through Vayana TradeXchange.

Previously, he was the co- founder and CEO of CashTech Solutions, a leading Cash Management service provider in Asia which was acquired by Nasdaq-listed Fundtech (now a part of the Finastra Group).

He started his career with Accenture in their management consulting arm.

A management graduate from IIM Ahmedabad and an Engineer from Mumbai University, Ram carries an exceptional understanding of B2B Trade, Payment Ecosystems, Technology, and how to bring them all together to serve the last mile better via B2B lending.

A veteran of the information services industry, Kaushal spent 18 years with Dun & Bradstreet India in various leadership roles including President & Managing Director from 2010–2017. He helped establish Acuite Ratings & Research Ltd (formerly SMERA Ratings Ltd), Dun & Bradstreet’s joint venture with SIDBI, and has served on its board of directors.

He is also an independent director on the board of Apar Industries Ltd, a US$ 3.8 billion listed conglomerate, which is the largest aluminium and alloy conductor manufacturer in the world.

He is a prolific speaker at industry events and has moderated discussions with several eminent political and business thought leaders.

Kaushal holds an MBA from Bowling Green State University, Ohio and is a member of YPO Gold Mumbai and EO Platinum Mumbai. He is passionate about reading, geopolitics, art, and travel.

Mohan has an overall experience of 27 years, working with leading MNCs. Before setting up Rubix, Mohan headed the LexisNexis business for India and South Asia, transforming the company into one of the most respected brands in the Indian Legal Information world. He drove the organic and inorganic growth at LexisNexis and executed several prestigious projects.

Before LexisNexis, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Dun & Bradstreet India, a subsidiary of the world’s leading business information company. He helped establish the Dun & Bradstreet brand in India and was a part of the core team that helped set up SMERA Ratings Ltd (now Acuite Ratings & Research Ltd), India’s first rating agency focused on SMEs.

Mohan is a mechanical engineer and has an MBA from the TA Pai Management Institute, Manipal (TAPMI). His interests include tennis and travel.

Co-Founder and CFO of Rubix, Samir Modi is a Chartered Accountant from ICAI and a CPA from the US. He has a proven track record of over 25 years, including successful stints with PwC and as the CFO of Dun & Bradstreet India besides significant entrepreneurial experience in the information services business. He has been part of several M&A transactions including management buyouts, joint ventures and divestitures, driving shareholder value in each of them. He has insightful experience in formulating and implementing successful business strategies across organisations. He has used a business-led approach to determine the financial implications of various corporate decisions.

He is also well-versed in fiscal and economic policies and has an extensive experience in strategic financial decision-making, financial management and planning, financial restructuring, fund- raising, cross border taxation, transfer pricing models, business valuations, and legal and due diligence management. Samir is a keen foodie, besides having an avid interest in music and travel.

Tushar is a seasoned professional with a proven track record in driving revenue growth across diverse channels within the Information Services, Risk Assessment, and Analytics sectors. Bringing to the table 18 years of rich experience, Tushar has honed his skills through pivotal roles at prestigious firms such as Ernst & Young (EY), Equifax India, and Dun & Bradstreet India, where he spearheaded sales initiatives for the Credit, Compliance, and Supply Chain business verticals.

In his role at Rubix, Tushar is entrusted with the crucial responsibility of orchestrating the company's revenue expansion strategy. His vision is centered around developing a solution-oriented sales organisation that aligns seamlessly with the rapidly evolving needs of our discerning clientele.

A Post Graduate in Business Economics from the University of Delhi, Tushar not only brings a robust academic foundation but also a passion for continuous learning. An avid reader, his interests span a broad spectrum, encompassing human psychology, technology, financial markets, and geopolitics.

Ankita brings over 12 years of experience in product management, operations, risk modelling, data analytics, audit, and assessment to Rubix, having joined the core team in 2018. Currently serving as Head of Product Development and Operations, Ankita has played a key role in the scoping, design, development, testing, and go-to-market launch of several key Rubix products, including the Rubix ARMS TM platform, Rubix EWS, Rubix Onboarding Solutions, and Rubix ESG assessment solutions.

Her accomplishments include the development of risk scorecards for over 50 corporates, successfully implemented through the Rubix platform. Leading a team of 6 product managers/analysts and over 50 TechOps analysts, Ankita has overseen the delivery of more than 100,000 risk assessments for both Indian and global entities.

Abhishek brings over 20 years of experience in the information services industry to Rubix. He has a proven track record of success in leading document and design services for US and UK clients. He has also played a key role in executing Master Data Management initiatives for multinational corporations in various industries, including Indian IT giants and American oilfield service providers. Abhishek's commitment to continuous improvement is demonstrated by his leadership in Six Sigma projects, which have resulted in enhanced process efficiency and quality.

At Rubix, Abhishek has spearheaded the development and implementation of a streamlined KYC Management Process, including process reengineering. He also manages Due Diligence projects for key banks, consistently prioritising a customer-centric approach.

Beyond Rubix, Abhishek is a passionate photographer who enjoys travelling and capturing the world around him through his lens.

Siddhant is a seasoned sales professional, drawing from two decades of diverse experience in esteemed organisations like CRIF India, Dun & Bradstreet, NIIT, ICICI Lombard, Reliance ADA, and Arvind Mills. With a strategic focus on Sales and Business Development, Siddhant has honed his expertise to drive revenue growth and forge enduring client relationships.

At Rubix, Siddhant spearheads revenue generation initiatives, particularly through channels such as Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) and Business Information Services for Banks. His mission is clear: to cultivate a robust client base, foster strong rapport, and enhance Rubix's brand visibility within the banking sector. Hailing from Pune, Siddhant pursued his academic journey at Ness Wadia College of Commerce, before earning an MBA from the Army Institute of Management, Kolkata.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Siddhant is a health enthusiast, finding solace and rejuvenation in activities like road cycling and brisk walking.

Rahul hold a Postgraduate in Science and an MBA in Marketing. He has over 16 years of extensive experience in marketing, eCommerce, business development, and customer engagement. Rahul has worked with reputed agencies and corporates such as Position2, Ignitee, Creative Portico, WizCraft, etc.

He has also managed several campaigns in partnership with Facebook and Twitter India for IIFA and Global Citizen India.

Shashank is a seasoned Engineering Manager with 13 years of experience leading high-performing technical teams. Currently spearheading the software development team at Rubix, he oversees the creation of innovative software solutions that drive business growth.

Before Rubix, Shashank honed his expertise at industry-leading companies like eGain Communications, Acquia, and Talentica Software, where he played pivotal roles in building successful products for startup ventures.

Shashank holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from the prestigious NIT Bhopal.

In a career spanning 31 years, Samiran has held leadership roles at McKinsey, Microsoft, IBM, Dun & Bradstreet, IBM, and TCS. In

addition, he is a recognised thought leader in the AI/Blockchain space, a TEDx speaker, is on the first AI & Ethics Journal editorial

board, and is a member of the Forbes Tech Council/World Economic Forum. He is currently a Senior Advisor/Board Member with several startups in the fintech, artificial intelligence, and blockchain space. He is also a Fellow of the Digital Euro Association and Royal Society of Arts.

He worked for a year on the world's largest identity program implemented in India—Aadhaar. He also co-authored a couple of books listed amongst the top-20 new fintech books to read in 2020. In his free time, he works with animal welfare organisations and is the proud parent of Toffee, a golden labrador retriever.

Samiran Ghosh

Mr. Tanksale is one of the most senior and respected bankers in India, having been the Chairman & Managing Director of the Central Bank of India and the CEO of the Indian Banks Association (IBA). He is a Fellow member of Management Accountants of India (FCMA) and the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (CAIIB). He has spent over 4 decades in the Indian banking industry, during which he led three major Indian Public sector banks. Mr. Tanksale has been conferred with several prestigious awards and recognitions and served on important committees of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and the Government of India.

Besides serving on Company Boards, Mr. Tanksale is also an Advisor to SWIFT India Domestic Services Private Limited, a majority-owned subsidiary of the Society of Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication, Belgium) which supports high-quality financial messaging services globally.
