Founder and CFO of Rubix, Samir Modi is Chartered Accountant from ICAI and a CPA from the US.  He has a proven track record of over 23 years including successful stints as CFO of Dun & Bradstreet India and with PriceWaterhouse Coopers (PwC), besides significant entrepreneurial experience in the information services business.  He has been a part of several M&A transactions including Management Buyouts, Joint Ventures and Divestitures, driving shareholder value in each of them.  Samir is a keen foodie, besides having an avid interest in music and travel.
